Birthday Wishes

Today is my birthday! What better way to celebrate it than a nature getaway? I’m a city girl at heart but love spending time in nature to rejuvenate and reconnect with myself. What about you?

I turn 49 today and I am full of gratitude. I reflected on my life and how I’ve progressed from a lawyer to conference producer, restaurant owner, legal editor, full time mum, part time artist and now full time artist, art therapist and art teacher. I am reminded of “anicca” - that all things, including the self, are impermanent and constantly changing. I wonder how I will continue to evolve? Time will tell.

I reflected on my divorce during Covid in 2020 and how it propelled me into social media, and especially LinkedIn, to reach an audience who appreciates my voice in art. Thank you all! Would love to share my birthday joy with you - best wishes everyone and may all of us continue to grow from strength to strength!
